This cozy cabin style townhouse is located in The village at Camelback located right on Camelback Ski Mountain steps away from all the attractions and ski slopes.This house has everything you need to make your trip feel like a home away from home.The house has 4 air conditioning/heating units keeping this house comfortable year round.

The living room has a 65" 4K Smart Tv where you can stream your movie apps like Netflix or Prime, blu-ray player and a X-Box 360. A sony blu-tooth sound bar is also provided for music. Get nice and cozy by sitting next to the wood burning fireplace during the cold winter months. A Queen size Air Mattress is provided for the 9-10 guest. The air mattress blows up to a queen size bed and is nice and plush, the air pump is built in so all you need to do is plug in and flip a switch.

The kitchen is equipped with dishware, cups, utensils, cookware, blender, toaster oven, toaster and a 12 cup coffee maker.

The loft bedroom has a king size bed and a 40" flat screen tv connected to a wireless Blu-Ray player where you can stream your movie apps

Bedroom #1 - has a queen size bedroom set and a 32" flat screen tv connected to a wireless Blu-Ray player where you can stream your favorite movie apps

Bedroom #2 - has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds as well as a full bathroom with a stand up shower. A 55" flat screen tv hooked up to wireless Blu-Ray player where you can stream your favorite movie apps

I supply 2 rolls of toilet paper a few garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap and hand soap

Towels, Linens and Pillows are provided. I do not supply washcloths. Please bring pool towels.

Washer and dryer are provided but you will need to provide your own laundry detergent.

The back deck has a propane BBQ grill and table and chairs.There are 2 propane tanks provided bur tank might need filling so please check before you start grilling. Enjoy watching deer and turkeys roam the woods from the back deck.

The Parking lot for this unit is located on Camelback Rd right next to the association office and clubhouse ( CLUSTER 1A ) No driving is required to Camelbeach Waterpark, Ski Slopes or the Clubhouse.This house is in the perfect location for everyone to enjoy.

The Village at Camelback Clubhouse is a 2 minute walk from my house.The Clubhouse has 2 indoor tennis courts, ping pong,fooseball,fitness room and a basketball hoop.There is also 2 outdoors tennis courts located next to the clubhouse.The sauna and jacuzzi is located in the glass enclosed pool house and are operational during the pool schedule.
