Two suggestions: 1) supply little milk and creamers for coffee. 2) make it more clear when asking if a heat up for the hot tub is desired prior to visit that this is a service for 75.00. I didn't see this on the text on my phone and would probably just have started it myself and waited until later to enjoy the hot tub.'
