The space
NOAM by the sea is a newly built adults-only boutique property, completed in 2026 and ideally located in the heart of Tamarindo, just steps from the beach. A complimentary beachfront breakfast is included with every stay and is served daily at El Vaquero Bar and Witch’s Rock, two of Tamarindo’s most recognized and beloved destinations.

The property features only four exclusive suites, designed in a modern and elegant style to provide an intimate and elevated boutique experience.

The Suites

• Two ground-floor suites of approximately 50 m² (538 sq ft) each.
• Two second-floor suites of approximately 52 m² (560 sq ft) each.
• King-size bed.

The kitchenettes are not designed for cooking; however, thanks to the property’s prime location, most of Tamarindo’s most popular restaurants, cafés, and bars are just a short walk away.
