'This property was exactly what I needed. Clean, quiet, comfortable and private. The family are lovely and super friendly. The communication easy and the daily breakfast was a fabulous way to start the day. I couldn't recommend this property enough if you are looking for somewhere central and easy to base your stay in southern Sri Lanka this property is worth a look. '

'The views , the setting and staff were excellent. What let the hotel down was attention to detail- our room had a cracked glass balcony which did not instil confidence. The lack of reliable hot water a was another poor aspect as was the indifferent housekeeping which we had to constantly talk to housekeeping manager about. The lack of response from the front desk and management until 11pm on night before departure with an alternate room was too little too late. To cap this on the last night key...

'Had high expectations after reading the other reviews and spending almost $1K for two nights here but was disappointed overall. The beach access was nice and the highlight of our stay. Staff was a bit slow and not very helpful and food was ridiculously expensive and nothing special. There are other cheaper options nearby which are worth a look.'
