'We wanted to stay in the snow and we got a storm on our third day there so all was white. Just what we wanted. The place is nice and we had a good time. Cooked orange rolls, raisin bread and watched a lot of movies. We did some hiking before the storm and some tubing after the storm. We also finished a large completed puzzle. Just a nice week of relaxing.'

'Our stay was very comfortable. We loved that it was spacious enough for all 10 in our party without being on top of one another. The game room and the hot tub were an added plus! Not a negative comment but this rental does have an abundance of stairs and not a good fit for anyone who may have ambulatory issues. Just a suggestion, I would install hand rails to the entrance of the rental since the front stairs are a little steep. Other than that we had a lovely time and would book again. Thanks!'

'We enjoyed access to the beach, and when we had questions we got answers almost immediately. The kitchen is upstairs which you can’t tell from the photos, and the bed in the upstairs bedroom (off the kitchen) was so hard & uncomfortable we ended up moving downstairs. We stocked k cups for the next guests but I’m thinking it was closed for the winter- there is a keurig and a coffee pot but also a nice Safeway less than a mile away for whatever you might want.'

'The cottage is cute, clean and comfy. We had everything we needed to cook and relax after a day of hiking in the Tahoe National Forest. The Kings Beach area is a great location for enjoying the scenery without the crowds and traffic of the south shore. Check in and communications were excellent. A very pleasant stay.'

'This was such a wonderful place to stay. The location was awesome, and the lake access was to die for. The only little hiccup we had was not being notified prior to arrival to turn off the bear deterring door mats, but needless to say we figured that out pretty quickly once we arrived:) everything else was perfect!
