Cabanes à Tafton

« The cabin is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos! Mike was a pleasure to work with. He answered questions promptly and even went out of his way to bring more firewood as well making sure we had everything … including a large pasta pot ! I fully intend to return again next year. Thank you Mike ! »

« Lovely property - we used both homes and everyone had a great time. »

« Our stay was very enjoyable. We loved being able to have our dog with us, communication was great, and the place was very clean. »

« Beautiful property, clean, well decorated. Had a great stay. Couldn't recommend more »

« The location and view are amazing. Truly beautiful. The endless firewood and materials to be able to make the fires and sauna hot was appreciated. In the kitchen, there is an ant problem. Had to kill a bunch. Some areas of the home were clean and some weren’t. Bugs left on window sills and spider webs in corners. Not sure when it was last vacuumed (that’s what it seemed like.) We enjoyed the stay with a few things that I had wished were a little more tidy especially for the price. »

« We didn’t want to leave!! It was better than we expected. The kids asked when we can go back! »

« Full cabin theme, nicely executed; perfect lounge area with comfy couches and large coffee table perfect for games and jigsaw puzzles; comfortable beds; indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit made everything extra cozy; and the home theater, hot tub, and sauna made it extra awesome! (FYI, the cold plunge is seasonal, open only in warmer months.) Michael was great with communication. Tons of hiking trails nearby and lots of activities at Skylodge just minutes away. Everyone had fun - we’d...

« We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and everything felt cozy from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the wood-burning stove it made the winter atmosphere even more special. Enjoying the sauna and the hot tub while surrounded by snow was truly a highlight. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The kitchen was fully functional with everything we needed. Honestly, the only thing we wished for was more time...

« I like the room was very clean. There is a mini fridge but wasn't mentioned in the description, so it would have been very useful to know in advance for the plans we had. Also, laundry is mentioned but be aware that isn't inside of the house. It is a Laundromat close by where you can pay with coins or use an app. Our house 8A wasn't in front of the lake as it was shown in the photos. »

« Great place and kind, responsive host! »
