Whether you`re firing up the grill on the back deck, soaking in the saltwater hot tub, or enjoying alfresco dining on the covered patio, every moment here is imbued with tranquility and fun.

Get ready for endless entertainment in our full arcade, complete with a professional arcade machine boasting over 750 games, a foosball table, popcorn maker, claw machine, and a candy dispenser stocked with three types of candy. And when it`s time to unwind, gather around the 65` LCD TV for gaming sessions on the Xbox or movie nights with loved ones.

The kitchen is your culinary haven, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks, along with those essential small appliances for your convenience. Coffee is on us so enjoy a fresh up!

In the living room, sink into the plush queen-size sofa bed, catch up on work at the remote workstation, or simply bask in the elegant ambiance while enjoying your favorite shows on the 65” big screen TV.

When it`s time to retire for the night, you`ll find three bedrooms, each offering its own unique charm. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a Roku TV for late-night entertainment, and a private ensuite bathroom with a refreshing stand-up shower. The main guest bedroom features another sumptuous king-size bed and its own Roku TV, while the vibrant kid-themed second guest bedroom is perfect for the young or young-at-heart, complete with colorful accents, queen size bed, a Roku TV, and a selection of small toys.

With strong WiFi throughout the property and air conditioning to keep you cool on warmer days, your comfort is our top priority.

The only area off limits to guest are the locked cabinets in the garage and the locked closet in the master bedroom. Other than that, the entire property is yours!

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially outdoors.

Smoking Policy

This is a smoke-free property.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted indoors.

If smoke or vape residue is detected inside the home, an additional deep-cleaning fee will be charged.

Pets

- Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per stay

- All pets must be declared on the reservation

- No cats due to allergies

- Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended

- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets

- Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will be charged accordingly.

Noise, Gatherings & Events

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and feel comfortable celebrating special moments.

- Small gatherings or family get-togethers may be allowed with prior approval

- All gatherings must remain respectful and within quiet hours

- Large parties, loud events, or disruptive behavior are not permitted

If you’re planning anything beyond a normal stay, please message us in advance — we’re happy to discuss it.

Damage & Excessive Cleaning

Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning beyond normal use, including:

- Furniture or appliance damage

- Smoke or odor removal

- Pet-related damage

- Hot tub misuse

- Missing or broken items

Any related charges will be submitted through Airbnb’s Resolution Center with documentation.

Security Cameras

For safety and compliance, the property is equipped with two exterior security cameras:

- One facing the driveway

- One facing the backyard

These cameras:

- Are exterior only

- Do not record audio

- Do not monitor interior spaces

Parking

- Parking is allowed in the driveway and on our side of the street

- Do not block mailboxes, driveways, or park in restricted areas

- Vehicles parked improperly may be towed at the owner’s expense

Check-In / Check-Out

- Check-in: 4:00 PM

- Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late checkout must be approved in advance and is subject to availability.
Unapproved late checkout may result in additional fees.

Guest Agreement

By booking this property, guests agree to follow all house rules.
Failure to comply may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
