NOUVEAU - Amazing Lighthouse Beach Waterfront Homes 14 personnes

Entourez-vous du luxe en bord de mer dans deux des maisons les plus étonnantes de Gig Harbor. Ces maisons appartenaient autrefois à une famille très aisée et servaient de retraite estivale. Présentés dans Sunset Magazine pour leur conception et leur emplacement en 1962 et mis à jour par nos soins en 2019, ces maisons sont plus que surprenantes. Situés sur la pointe du phare, ces deux maisons ont tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer pour des vacances avec vos amis et votre famille. Les rives basses des rives sur trois côtés signifient que vous êtes littéralement entouré de plages de sable et d’eau. Détendez-vous au coin du feu ou asseyez-vous et sirotez du vin de la plage ou de l'un des 3 ponts tout en regardant, les phoques, les loutres et les baleines occasionnelles jouer dans l'eau. Observez le soleil se lever tout en regardant l'eau du mont Rainer depuis le pont arrière et observez-le au-dessus des yachts dans le port depuis le pont avant. Promenez-vous vers le phare de Gig Harbor, faites du kayak jusqu'à la marée Tides ou laissez-vous prendre sur votre quai privé près de la télécabine pour une balade romantique dans le port. Endormez-vous la nuit au son des vagues sur la plage et réveillez-vous pour admirer la vue sur l'eau tout en restant confortablement assis dans votre lit confortable. Le mouillage privé en eau profonde signifie que vous pouvez même emmener votre bateau.

The host was amazing. She was in contact before and during our trip. They greeted us and showed us around the property. The property was great for the holidays and a large group of family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes.

Spectacular stay on the water

We had a wonderful time at this property for our family gathering. The location is unbeatable! The houses were well appointed and we had everything we needed for our group. Can't say enough great this about our trip. We will return!

Weekend Getaway with Friends

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend staying here in Gig Harbor! There were 10 of us and plenty of space for everyone with lots of great communal areas to hang out, enjoy meals, and play games. You can't beat the location being right on the beach! Annie was a great host!

Great family home

We had 3 families with young kids here for a weekend trip—this home was so superbly located and an idyllic spot for the kids. They had hours of fun on the beach, watching the geese and sea otters, canoeing to the restaurant across the harbor, swinging in the hammock, and exploring the nearby lighthouse. Annie was also extremely responsive to all my questions during the weekend!

Beautiful location and home - great service

We booked on short notice for a corporate retreat and I couldn't have been happier with the results! The hosts were super helpful, the property was clean and perfect for our large group, and everyone enjoyed the beach and other amenities on the property. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse beach with our family of 12 adults and one child. The location was absolutely stunning. The two houses provided everything you could want for private and gathering spaces. We were able to gather together in chairs on the beach overlooking Puget Sound, sitting on the deck overlooking Gig harbor and in the large open air living area of one of the houses. Our young adults thoroughly enjoyed the provision of water craft. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous.We found Gig Harbor to be very charming with plenty of restaurants and shops to browse.We can't say enough about how helpful and accommodating Annie was during our stay.Thank you, Annie for sharing your wonderful paradise with us.Paula and Larry

Perfect Extended Family Getaway

Everyone loved this location for our family vacation. With 13 of us ranging in age from 10-80, there was always something to do. We enjoyed sitting on the decks, making smokes by the campfire, kayaking and paddle boarding, and using the well stocked kitchen. We also went on excursions to Seattle and Mt. Rainier from this location. Annie was very welcoming and helpful.

Perfect Getaway Location

Our trip including 3 adults 7 younger adults, ages 25 - 35 and was a combo 70th Bday celebration and family reunion. The setting could not be more beautiful! From inside the house and outside is a panoramic view of the harbor, hillsides, Mount Rainier, with an active harbor of wildlife and boating! Amazing sunsets and sunrises make for a spectacular experience! All that while being in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping etc.

Incredible views, warm community

Our stay could not have been better Annie and her husband were easily reachable for check in and any other needs. The place was exactly as shown on the website but even more spectacular in person. We played with kayaks and SUPs with the friendly seals. The kids spent lots of time playing on the beach by the lighthouse and felt like the entire area was ours.great to have all sized life vests. Our kids are already asking to return! Thank you :)

Washington wedding location for our extended family

Great check in process as navigating the entry in the dark would have been tough. Both houses were well stocked with kitchen and bath needs. The property was quiet and the natural sights were everywhere. Harbor seals, eagles, starfish…. Also our hosts were very attentive. We had a problem and they immediately addressed it in hours so that our wedding party weekend wouldn’t be impacted. Had a nice cookout on our last day and a few locals from our new family joined us by boat. A very special stay for us and a location that we’ll likely get back too.

Wonderful stay. House is well stocked with everything you would need. Beds were super comfy. Outstanding location with great views. Host was super helpful and responsive. They decorated for the holiday for us so we could have our family holiday celebration. There was 13 in total and we had a great time. Looking forward to returning in spring/summer. Definitely recommended for large groups or families. Such a relaxing weekend. It was great to have such a large space for the toddlers to run around in. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you

Luxurious waterfront property!

This location was perfect for our group. There are 2 buildings which allowed for the night owls to stay up without disturbing the others. The beds and rooms were all comfortable and clean. There is a very large table in one of the buildings which allowed us all to sit together for a meal we prepared at the property. Kitchens were very well stocked and had everything we needed. We were able to get out on the water with kayaks that were provided with the property. We also enjoyed sitting by the water with a fire at night. Communication with Annie was easy and there were no issues with our stay. Thank you!

Awesome Views

My family came from all over the country for a postponed 2020 wedding celebration for my daughter and her wife at the Historic 1625 Tacoma Place (highly recommend). We wanted to spend a few days by the water and this was just awesome. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable and inviting. We ordered out and picked up food which worked well for us and was fairly close. Lots of places to eat out but we decided to stay in. Rain held off to give us one sunny day with a view of Mt Rainier and a beach bonfire in the evening. Saw one whale breech, seals every day, an osprey, falcon and bald eagle. Would love to return in the summer!

Just look at this place!

Both houses were clean, in good repair, well equipped. Annie is a fabulous host and offered extensive support and flexibility for us. We had a family reunion here and the two homes made it absolutely perfect as we had two places to reunite in smaller groups and with different activities. We also had a caterer come one night who prepared our dinner in one house while we played games and visited in the other house with appetizers. Aside from that, I think the pictures tell the rest of the story better than I can write. This is a special place that will imprint on anyone. A+ and five stars. Thank You, Annie.

This property was terrific! Plenty of personal space, living space and outdoor space for our group of 11 friends and family members. Communication with Annie was easy from start to finish. Once we were checked in, we had everything we needed to settle in for a week of fun and relaxation. None of us were familiar with harbor life and location of Annie’s houses gave us an experience of a lifetime. We spotted lots of wildlife including seals and bald eagles, and at low tide we were entertained by clams that spouted streams of water into the air like a fountain. We were awe struck each time we walked onto the decks to clearly see Mt. Ranier in all its majesty in the distance. What a gift! There were stunning views in all directionsfrom the abundance of glass used in the design of the houses. There was plenty of room for socializing as a group and ample space for private moments. Our group especially enjoyed the fire pit at night and I loved the sauna! Wish I was still there. Hope to return.

Unmatched, one-of-a-kind waterfront experience

A huge thank you to our wonderful host, Annie, for making such an incredible stay possible. This stay simply cannot be beat. With beaches just feet away on BOTH sides of the property, the adjacent lighthouse park, firepit, viewing decks, there is no need to go back to your car. With a couple of paddleboards, several kayaks, and a canoe, we were able to easily cross the harbor, visit a brewery, and walk the town. We encountered seals, otters, jellyfish, and crabs. The views were breathtaking. The houses themselves were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Beach toys, board games, ping pong, were all made available. It was truly special to be in a place where young children and even my 90 year old grandma could all find something to enjoy. It all made for a truly unforgettable vacation for my family and I. You can feel confident this place has all you need and that Annie goes above and beyond with providing any information, resources, or recommendations to make your stay the best it can be.
