The interior is accessed via a beautiful staircase that leads directly to the first room consisting of a huge living room, from which a third bedroom can be obtained thanks to a beautiful curtain that closes an elegant round bed that can comfortably accommodate two children or one adult. The living room has a refined sitting area (sofa and armchairs), dining table and chairs, and TV. From here one reaches the kitchen, which is technological and well equipped. A corridor leads us to the two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) and to the two double bedrooms, which are large, comfortable and very bright. Finally, there are two beautiful terraces overlooking the garden and an archaeological view. The exterior has a beautiful garden of about 2000 square metres with beautiful plants, some very old. Here there is also the charming swimming pool, not very large but really evocative and relaxing. Finally, everything is completed by the private parking area. The property consists of two floors, of which the upper floor is dedicated to guests. On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, live the caretaker and his wife. Naturally, the swimming pool and the garden are for the exclusive use of the guests.
