The Space:
This lovely apartment located 5 minutes walk from Bondi junction bus and train station, Westfield shopping centre, which features all major brands, supermarkets, cinema, cafes and famous restaurants. Public transport at door can take you directly to the city, bondi beach and surrounding beaches, Oxford Street and Sydney airport. Trains to Kings Cross, Town Hall, Central, Cronulla beach, Wollongong and Kiama on The South Coast.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Getting Around:
Public transport at door can take you directly to the city, bondi beach and surrounding beaches, Oxford Street and Sydney airport. 5 minutes walk to Bondi Junction train station to Kings Cross, Town Hall, Central, Cronulla beach, Wollongong and Kiama on The South Coast. Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

*Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
