Hôtel près de Swansea Arena (Swansea)

« Fabulous location, view and facilities. Bed and pillows disappointing. »

« Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation »

« Great place to stay »

« Hôtel qui a besoin d'un sacré coup de rafraichissement, la peinture des murs de la salle de bain se décolle!. Le petit déjeuner est industriel et médiocre c'est dommage. Hôtel bien placé en centre ville malgré tout. Le personnel est sympathique. »

« Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a...

« As a regular visitor to this hotel, I'm always warmly welcomed & taken care of. Brilliant service, superb location, incredible water pressure in the shower, great room facilities. Cannot complain one little bit! Keep it up Dolphin SA1!! »

« The apartment was absolutely immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the was plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back to Scenic View. »

« I had a terrible experience with my hotel booking yesterday. I made the reservation in the morning and informed the owner, John, that we would arrive late, after 9:00 PM. She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. She responded rudely, telling me to call when I arrived, and I agreed. Before reaching the property, I messaged her at 10:55 PM to...

« Merci de nous avoir surclassé ! Nous avons passé une nuit vraiment agréable et en toute tranquillité. Votre restaurant est vraiment délicieux et le petit déjeuner spécial gallois est vraiment top. Notre étape est vraiment chouette. Votre hôtel est bien situé pour faire visites et balades. »

« Lovely room with an amazing view. Facilities were great, and there were lots of lovely little touches, such as the dressing gowns. Also I had asked if there would be any oat/soya milk available as I have an intolerance, when we arrived there was not only oat milk but gluten and dairy free cereals, biscuits and yoghurt. Very appreciated Only drawback was the lack of parking, it's a shame that something can't be worked out with the council to get a reduced rate. Would recommend this place, and we...
