'First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit.'

'We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. 'Mooi appartement , heel ruim. Super bedden! 3 grote slaapkamers met elk badkamer. Keuken volledig geëquipeerd, zelden gezien. Minpuntje is de schimmel aan bad , badkamer beetje verouderd wat het een beetje vies maakt. Zeer kort bij centrum, maar toch wat dode buurt waar geen resto of bar kortbij is. Metrohalte Pimlico ook niet de beste halte om je te verplaatsen. Beter st James nemen bv . Prijs / kwaliteit zeer goede locatie en appartement '

'Fabulous! Apartment was exactly as pictured. View of Westminster and London Eye from balcony was extra special. Plenty of room for family of 5. Close to all transport, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Grab some waters and essentials from the Tesco around the corner and you are all set. Would definitely return!'
