When you come to this house you will remember all the time how you enjoy your weekend. You will have very unique house with 4 bedrooms fully furnished and lots of space inside and outside. You will see on pictures what is waiting for you. Nice neighborhood, quiet to relax and close to shaping areas. Only 5 minutes from Woodstock Center where many activities happen.House is packed with many extra things in price including. You will NOT found house like mine with SO MUCH stuff inside for GUESTS( breakfast stuff milk, half and half for coffee, Orange juice, yogurt, bacon 🥓, butter 🧈, cream cheese 🥯, American cheese 🧀, coffee, tea and more…… You will have snacks, cookies plated, fruits 🍌 platter, utensils, dishes, all cooking supplies, spices. You will have very nice weekend when you arrive. Plenty outdoor seating, activities. Very nice for, crispy air good for you to clean your lungs. Sauna good for you to clean your skin and airway. 100% you will be VERY HAPPY you choose my house. Grocery store 10 minutes drive, bakery 🥯 10 minutes drive distance, water park in Montecello 15 minutes drive, summer time lakes around house, winter time ⛷ one 3 exit drive. Restaurants 10-15 minutes from your house. Farmers markets around house. You can bring your family and your dogs 🐕 anytime welcome in my house so you can enjoy your weekend with your family and friends. You will have 8 beds together in whole house 4 bedrooms and additional areas with sofa beds for sleeping, additional 4 air beds with extra blankets and pillows. 14 guests will be very comfortable but if you have extra guests please let me know. House is big and plenty room for everyone. Nice decorate for every season. You will have 8 car parks on 2 parking lots one-parking spots next to your house. If you need to check in early please let me know. You can have family events, reunions, celebrations. When you plan something bigger you will contact me on phone and we will discuss this event. Any early delivery is available for party. You can have additional guests before you talk to me. Early check in available. Extra furniture is available on back porch for party just need to contact me before. If you plan to have extra guests only for couple hours NO problem. You can cook inside and outside in gazebo 2 BBQ available.

Beautiful spot for a trip to the mountains
We had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend while we attended a nearby wedding. We had a group of 10 and fit very comfortably. The property is huge and beautiful. The porch and huge windows have incredible views of the mountains, especially at sunrise. The unique decor is very fun and memorable- perfect for the mountain setting. Our host went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. We loved the fresh eggs from the chickens and other incredible fresh snacks. The sauna was also a great way to relax. This place is perfect for a group trip or family gathering. We would be happy to return if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Very great house!
We had a great time at our friends reunion. The house was lovely, with plenty of space for activities and supplies already on site. One piece of feedback I would give us just to be a bit clearer with house rules up front. I didn’t receive any instructions until our first night. But overall incredible, beautiful home that I would definitely stay in again!

We revently stayed at this property with a group of friends for our yearly get together. The property was spacious, with ample living space. Jana and her family were more than hospitable, attentive and ready to have you and your guests enjoy their space. Consider this rental for your next vacation.

Amazing property and even more amazing hosts!
Jana and her brother were incredible hosts who went above and beyond for us during our stay. The property itself is gorgeous with a ton of charm. The rooms are spacious and perfect to accommodate a large group. They had everything you could think of— shampoo, condition, plenty of towels, etc. They even left us food, and Jana’s brothers brought us fresh donuts and kielbasas! Jana was responsive and so kind, it felt like we were staying at a family member’s home. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice weekend away. We would love to return. 10 out of 10 stars!

Excellent Property & Host
We had an excellent time at this propertry. The host was very responsive and took care of everything! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The house was stocked with everything needed (extra towels, extra sheets, extra blankets, etc.). Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away and have anything you want at your fingertips! Highly recommended.

Exquisite!
The only reason i did 4 stars for description was there was a mix up with number of bedrooms, but that has since been rectified. Everything was 5 stars! From the accommodations to the hosts! Jana and her brother were amazing. Immediately responded if we text about anything. When we arrived there were fresh eggs from her chickens along with everything needed for breakfast so we didnt need to go shopping right away. When it snowed they brought sleds and skis. One day we returned and there was a bag of paper plates and supplies for us to use. Another day they delivered freshly made kielbasa and bread. Absolutely wonderful people to work with! Definitely recommend staying here!

Thanksgiving holiday family retreat
We stayed for three days with a family group of about 15 people . When we arrived Jana had the fire started for us, and the house was cozy and inviting…. And so clean! It must be difficult to keep such a big house clean but we didn’t see any dust or dirty spots anywhere. Jana provided fresh eggs from the chickens , juice , delicious coffee, and pastries. Such a thoughtful and attentive host. All of the bathrooms were stocked with all the soaps and hair products you could ever want. There were plenty of towels. My new wife and I were lucky enough to get the master suite with an ornate king size bed that was super comfortable, a heart shaped hot tub and bear skin rug…. It’s almost a separate wing of the house. All the animal mounts were interesting and made for some fun selfies. We thoroughly enjoyed the bar and game room as well. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking our thanksgiving feast. Jana added an additional table for us, and the space easily accommodated our group for the big dinner. There are many fold down futons and couches and inflatable beds which makes it possible to sleep quite a few guests as long as they don’t mind sleeping out in public areas. For us it worked well. The view from the deck is very nice, overlooking rolling hills and farmland for miles around. Everyone had a great time, we might look to rent it again next year!

Full of surprises!
Plenty of room to entertain with several different seating arrangements throughout the house for chatting, etc. The game room was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with food as well as cookware, dishes and utensils. We were brought fresh eggs and homemade sausages in the am. Breakfast never tasted so good! The beds were comfortable as were the pull out beds. We had a total of 11-13 adults on any given night and we were able to afford privacy and comfort to everyone. Also, because of so many full bathrooms, we were all able to get ready for the wedding in a reasonable amount of time. The entire area was quiet and picturesque! The hosts were quick to respond. We celebrated birthdays the first night we were there and the hosts even left birthday presents! Wonderful people!! We would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolute amazing time at this house. House was spacious and beautiful! Rooms were spectacular! Jana left a refrigerator full of food for us and fresh eggs in the morning! The view from the decks were breathtaking! We would love to stay here again!

Unique and one-of-a-kind house
The property was amazing and filled with interesting decour. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and there was enough additional space for some young adults to find space to sleep. The kitchen was well appointed. Outdoor areas were comfortable with an enclosed outside area to cook and eat. The downstairs bar and game room were relaxing and fun. Most of all, our host was very generous and friendly and provided all we needed for an amazing stay.
