Beautiful Full-Size Private Lakefront Gated Home with dock / boats

Our family's full-sized second home. It sleeps 14 people and would be great for small family reunions. You can watch and enjoy majestic eagles flying and fishing over the lake from any one of the 3 decks (upper and lower on the house, and one lakeside with attached dock. Pedal boat, 2 kayaks, rowboat, and canoe included. Firepit by the lake, lots of wood included. Fishing poles, golf clubs included, 2 bikes. Large lawn area in front and rear yards for your enjoyment. Weber gas grill on upper deck of house, with nearby umbrella table and extra chairs. Large hammock. Many blueberry bushes on property to pick during season. Modern kitchen, granite countertops, Large Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. Large picture windows in bedrooms, living room, and dining room with amazing view of the lake. Kitchen fully equipped, ice maker, all cooking and serving utensils. 2 TV's, broadband wireless internet access, cable TV service, phone, air.


Large room over 2 car garage: Has 2 single beds, a full bed, and Single bed with pullout single, and large sectional sofa, and new full bath recently added. Finished basement has 2 single beds, full bath, 2 sofas, a TV, small library, extra chairs, 2 back doors to large lower deck with hammock and heavy duty wood and leather chairs/glass table set. Perennial gardens in front and back of house. Upper deck is off of living room and has a gas grill, umbrella glass table with many extra chairs, and fantastic view of lake. Air conditioned. Unfortunately, we don't have a beach, but a rocky shoreline and rocky, muddy bottom, so swimming from shore is difficult.
WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS STAY YEAR ROUND.

Wonderful stay, lovely house with lots of room space for a large family. The kids love the dock and boats and we try to fish as much as we can. Saw deer and bald eagle from the deck and played lots of ball in the front. No shortage of tissues, toilet paper, night lights, garbage bags and cleaning supplies.

We enjoyed very much our stay. The house is kept very nicely. It's very cozy and it has everything you need.there is one highchair for babies and a few play pans. (We brought our own bcs we didn't know)It was just AMAZING to wake up to the lake's view.You have your own private house on the lake literally! You can use the kayaks and the row boat whenever u want. The owner was very nice to us. he answered direct questions and was very flexible abt the check out time. We left at 3:00pm instead of 11:00 since the next renter was coming only the next day!Our experience in our vacation was just wonderful!Will highly recommend!

My family, husband and daughter, stayed her with two other families. The space was perfect for the amount of people we had. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had an issue with the hot water at one point and he was right on it with a plumber coming to the house and we had hot water within a couple of hours. The property is beautiful with lots to do on the lake with the supplied kayaks and boats. We would absolutely stay here again! One note though- we did bring a tv with us. There is one tv in the basement and then a very small tv in the primary bedroom. Thankfully we had great weather but I could see the tv situation being tough if it had rained one of the days.

Our second time there. Lots of care and attention by the owner. No shortage of essentials like tissues, toilet paper, life vests, and lots and lots of room for the kids to play. Fishing was great for the kids, lots of pumpkin seed pan fish and short bass. Lots of beds for a large family.

We were there for a concert at Bethel Woods. It was about a 15 minute drive which was great. The waterfront is beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating. The house had everything needed. The 2 upstairs bedrooms get a lot of morning sun which is great if you are a morning person. Good communication with owners throughout the process. Thanks.

Great home on a quiet lake

The house was perfect for extended family to gather. There was plenty of boats, toys and games to keep us busy. (Life jackets were provided as well). The lake does not have many power boats, so it was perfect to swim.. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed 16 people and there were plenty of bathrooms. We saw lots of wildlife as well.

The best VRBO ever

My wife and I, our daughter, son in law and 7 grandchildren stayed for a week in Michael's home at the end of August. This was clearly the best rental ( out of 14) we have ever experienced. Some of the pros: A box of tissues in every room (I know that sounds weird, but our last rental had none), lots of toilet paper, garbage bags, 2 refrigerators, lots of deck chairs, chairs by the beautiful and new fire pit, lots of fire wood, nice assortment of kayaks, canoe, row boat and peddle boat, lots of life vests, very clean place and beautiful hardwood floors. The TVs were simple to use ( some places we rented it was so complicated, we never watched) air conditioners in every bedroom, the most wonderful views of the lake, nice large upper deck, nice large lower deck, floating dock for fishing and to launch/tie up boats, storage for our things in the garage, great communication with Michael if we had a question, big clean Weber gas grill, extra folding tables available in garage, some interesting travel books available, lots of National Geographic magazines, lots of cabinets in the kitchen. Cons: None. We have already booked again for next year.

Awesome Getaway

We loved this beautiful spacious home ! The lake is breathtaking and my daughter took the most amazing pictures of bald eagles. You can hear the wildlife and it’s so uplifting to spend time here. Stargazing at night and hiking at local parks during the day made this a fantastic way to reconnect with our adult children. The Museum at Bethel Woods is not to be missed . The local barbecue places were top notch. We played games and floated on the lake. We also caught a lot of fish right off the dock!! I highly recommend this home if you want to get away from it all! ( good internet if you need to check in too)

Great for a group

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. The grill and decks are a highlight, as well as the big windows and view of the lake. House comes with kayaks and canoes, plus a paddle boat, that are great since the lake is not ideal for swimming.
