    On the ground floor, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, featuring an open-hearth fireplace used purely for decorative purposes, and providing direct access to the roofed terrace of 25 m2, which is furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs for outdoor relaxation. Adjacent to the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor accommodation.

    The upper floor features an entrance hall and houses all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
