The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate guest WC on this level.

Upstairs, the upper floor consists of a walk-through room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC, and air conditioning.
