Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with large windows that let in the glittering light from the sea. From here, you can step out onto the large terrace with both a gas grill and a pizza oven – ideal for long summer evenings. The ground floor offers an additional bedroom, a laundry room, and another bathroom. The house is well-equipped with Wi-Fi, Apple TV, and space for up to eight guests. The view, the proximity to the sea, and the spacious layout make this house a perfect base for both relaxation and social gatherings.



Please note: On the ground floor, there is a small separate apartment where one person lives permanently. The apartment has its own entrance, and your privacy is fully respected.

Svanesund is a charming seaside village on the east coast of Orust. There’s a shallow sandy beach with a playground, diving tower, and jetty for crab fishing – a true paradise for families with children. Nearby, you can easily explore both Tjörn’s art and culture scene and Orust’s picturesque fishing villages. Visit the Pilane Sculpture Park, go hiking at Sundsby Säteri, or take the ferry to the beautiful island of Flatön. • A deposit of 2500 SEK is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house is left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves; cleaning supplies are available.

• Electricity is included in the rent; charging electric cars is not allowed.

• No smoking.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted, and parties are not permitted.
