'We were greeted by Kevin (front desk/Room service he was very friendly, respectful and efficient. We needed couple of missing items in the room and he kindly came right away to replace them. I would just suggest that outside entrance (cigarette butts) be clean up a little.'

What was not mentioned in the brochure was that the rooms of the lower floor are extremely noisy due to how near they are to the lobby, kitchen and elevators. 'room was clean, shower needed some tlc, but bed and towels were clean. I'm tall and toilet was very low, but it was clean. Room had two double beds and each bed had 3 pillows, not 2 or 4, but 3, a little odd. If you were sharing with someone who would get the third pillow? But staff was very friendly and helpful. '
