« We had a lovely stay here for three nights. The communication and service was impeccable. The neighborhood was also very appealing, beautiful with lots of shops and restaurants annd easy access to public transportation. We had the apartment on the 5th floor with a Murphy bed, and while the apartment was spacious and clean, the bed was quite small for 2 tall people and not very comfortable (old springs). « Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again. »

« La chambre était impeccable. Grande chambre et petite cuisine très pratique. Assez tranquille. Le seul problème est que j'étais située en face de l'emplacement pour remiser les bagages et s'était quelque fois bruyant. J'ai bien aimé qu'on pouvais mettre nos poubelles et recyclage dans des bacs a l'entrée. Metro Earls Court a 5-7 minutes de marche et en bonus un méga Tesco a moins de 5 minutes de marche. »

« Good location. Short walk to underground station. Two stops to South Ken for all the museums. Nice area, felt very safe. Apartment itself is OK. Rooms are small but we didn’t spend much time there so not an issue. Amenities were good; oven, fridge etc. Was clean enough but felt like it could do with a bit of a makeover to spruce the place up a bit. Check in was fine and comms were all very good. »

« Great location and decent room, although small but you get what you paid for! Only issue I had was a movement sensor light in the kitchenette that seemed to turn on at any movement, situated right near the bed. As someone who tosses a lot when they sleep, it was a bit annoying to have it turn on several times lol But still enjoyed my stay and will stay at Bob W again soon! »
