This property has just been fully renovated with high-end finishes, offering the ultimate beachfront luxury stay.
With an exclusive wing that can be closed off for an ultimate slice of privacy in paradise, this rare Noosa gem offers the best of all worlds. Nestled on the boardwalk of stunning Main Beach, the luxury apartment overlooks a picture-perfect panorama to which no photograph could ever do true justice.
The Space:
From the first rays of morning to the inky dark of night, it’s an absorbing scene that’s ever-changing and ever-evolving. And you have a front-row seat to the action.
Sitting on the second level of a boutique complex, and accessed by lift from the garage, the luxury apartment boasts square footage to rival a house. Stylish in appearance and thoughtful in detail, it has been furnished in tones that artfully echo nature’s natural palette, with soothing neutrals, botanical patterns, calming blues and beautiful pops of lush greenery. The end result is an ambience that is understated but sophisticated, warm and welcoming and a masterclass in location, location, location.
Building on this prestige is the expansive main balcony, which is accessed through sliding glass doors from the expansive open-plan living hub, ensuring a seamless transition from the indoors to outside. With glass balustrading framing the spectacular view, the furniture here was carefully chosen to maximise the outlook and amenity, with a barbecue and dining set-up ideal for alfresco dining and entertainment, and cosy sunloungers that offer an open invitation to curl up and relax.
And the enjoyment doesn’t stop there. With easy access to the pool that serves the complex, and beyond that the clean sand and sparkling waters of Main Beach, every new day is yours to write as a fresh chapter, from splashing about in the shallows or building a sandcastle to taking to the water with a board in hand or exploring nearby Noosa National Park, which is dotted with walks for all ages and fitness levels.
In Hastings St, you can while away an hour, an evening or a whole day, whether you’re in the mood for some retail therapy or the kind of indulgent and delicious cuisine that has helped cement the precinct’s stellar gourmet reputation. Or, for culinary whizzes looking to unleash their artistry on the freshest locally sourced produce, it takes mere moments to head back home, where a chef-style kitchen is an invitation to create and delight, be it simple fare or a complex degustation menu.
For those seeking a little privacy, a wing on the Hastings St side of the property can be closed off from the main apartment to create a suite with a media room, bathroom and two bedrooms. It’s an ideal avenue for rest and relaxation before the lure of those amazing views draws you back to the communal living areas. Embrace conversation, plan for the days to come or even catch-up over a cocktail as the sun sinks below the horizon. As its last rays disappear, you know that when they re-emerge, they’ll again spotlight a beautiful part of the world that is yours to enjoy however you desire. And that’s the true definition of paradise.
