Negatief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
As soon as we opened the door the smell hit us, a combination of wet stagnant air and mould.
The heat has us in a sweat just walking in the door!
The unit had NO aircon and NO wifi!!
The property is in need of a good deep clean and update, dust everywhere, curtains have mould on the back of them, water damaged drawers in the kitchen, water damaged shelves in the main bathroom.
Build up on bottom of both shower doors.
We went to Kmart and brought our own cutlery and plates & bowls and a microwave just to be safe.
We didn’t use anything in the kitchen like toaster,jug,dishwasher, oven, microwave as we didn’t feel safe to do so. Which was disappointing as we only booked to stay there cause it was like a home away from home from the photos!
The bunks were covered in build up and marks, the single bed had a massive saggy spot in the middle,
The main bed looked to be at least 10+ years old.
The view if you looked towards the ocean was amazing!! But don’t look to the neighbours house that is directly opposite the veranda, as it was abandoned. Numerous broken windows looked to have been attempted to be set on fire at some stage, Three out of the seven nights we witnessed groups of boys going into the house. Unsure of what they were doing but put us on edge.
We would not recommend, and we will not be returning.
