'We were in SB for 5 nights, and Unit 6D provided a prefect home base for us. It was clean, check in was super easy, and just 1 block east of State Street. We could walk to the market, restaurants and shops in SB, and also up to the Old Mission through beautiful neighborhoods. We needed fresh towels and a simple text request was answered quickly and house keeping dropped them off. The unit was bright, clean, and wifi was great as we needed to do some remote work. It was especially nice to leave our car in the parking lot most of our visit since we could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a 2 1/2 hour bike tour in town our first day there. I would definitely recommend this gem to family and friends!'

This might be specific to us but given the small quarters there could be a much more efficient use of the space geared toward guests. The queen bed dominates the room. Two futon day beds or a modern bunk bed along the wall would be better, imo. Neither the curved loveseat or built in bench seat served as an extra bed. 'We came back so relaxed and refreshed! The place offers all that you need; beautiful location with proximity to everything, great sized rooms, spotless clean, quiet street, free parking, what else? Excellent communication and fast response. They accommodated us with our last minute request with no hesitation. There was a little issue with the toilet that was addressed immediately. Just a rounded 5⭐️! Thank you so much, we’ll be back at this property anytime visiting Santa Barbara again 😍'
