'Mooi onderhouden hotel!'

'Great location, excellent staff, good restaurant, facilities OK. Hotel maintenance could be a bit better. Room next to busy road, substantial traffic noise, especially early evening. Inflexible when amending booking, ie wanted to charge more than original booking when reducing stay by one day.'

'Although the pictures represent a very clean, nice hotel, this is not the reality of its current state. Our room was not clean (bathroom was really dirty and had missing caulking and fungus) which was masked by a mothball scent. '

'Clean room. Great Customer Service. Excellent experience. '

'Nice and quiet'

'Hotel was dirty and in need Of serious up grades . Food was horrible as well .'

'The rooms were big and spacious that I've ever stayed thus far. It had nice views. However, looking at the condition of the resort, it needs a makeover. It has not lift which was fine if your luggage were not heavy. But it will be dangerous if you are staying at the second floor and have heavy luggage.'

'AN INDONESIAN STYLE HOTEL...NO AIR-CONDITION UNIT AND IT HAS THE OLD STYLE BATHROOM...GREAT IF YOU WANT FRESH AIR AND IF YOU PREFER THE OLD BATHROOMS...VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE STAFF! GOOD LOCATION ON BY-PASS STREET, WITH ONE VERY GOOD RESTAURANT ACROSS THE STREET AND ALSO A VERY BIG GROCERY STORE (BUDIMAN) JUST FEET AWAY...VERY EASY AND INEXPENSIVE TO GET A RIDE WITH GRAB INTO THE CENTER, WHICH IS ABOUT 1K...THE HOTEL IS RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO EXPERIENCE AUTHENTIC INDONESIAN...

'Nice hotel, but without seeing other rooms, I am sure the single room downstairs that I was in is the worst in the hotel. Too small and too close to reception area, so impossible to sleep in. Breakfast area in a lovely setting, plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around.'

'The room ok, the Tv channel isonly from antenna,so it blurry, the sink always clogged, the shower hard to control the temperature, this side of hotel only on weekdays,if you want to stay on the better room at the new building, only open in weekends,so don’t expect 4-5 star on weekdays.'

'Saya benar2 merasa terzalimi reservasi di penginapan ini. Namanya sj syariah, tp benar2 kejam drpd penginapan biasa. Semoga berkah uang kalian dapatkan dr cara menipu. Harusnya kalian bikin kos2an drpd hotel. Air sangat kecil, kamar mandi setara kamar kos murah. Cuma...

'Would not recommend, plenty of other places to stay in Padang that are very superior for similar pricing'

'THE STAFF WERE SO KIND AND HELPFUL!'
