'I greatly appreciated Jessica’s flexibility and consistent communication throughout my stay. The bungalow is a gem — very clean with thoughtful amenities for both guests and pets. 'Check in was friendly and welcoming, cottage was beautiful inside and comfortable. All the fancy touches! Quaint and tucked away behind the Starlight Motor Inn. Excellent stay! Only issues were hard floors needed to be mopped…our feet were black on bottoms. Also, not in best area of town, but awesome once inside. '

'The home was very clean and the the exterior views were amazing! The decor was warm and inviting. The space was perfect for our wedding! The Owner was always very responsive and easy to work with. '

'The Blue Cottage was very welcoming with coffee, dishes, soaps, and shampoos. It was a smaller than expected space, but cute nonetheless. The couch was not very comfortable, we had to pull it out as a bed to make it more comfortable for movie watching. The loft bed was good even in the tight space upstairs, but note-to-self, don't rent a place with an upstairs bed, loft or otherwise, after a half marathon. '

'This property is located in a hip neighborhood which is what we were looking for. The property was very well appointed and extremely clean. Our stay was most enjoyable. Walkable to the historic part of Charleston with shops and restaurants '

'My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! It was clean and the perfect size and location to be able to walk to everything! Check in was simple and beach access was so close it was perfect! Our first time to Folly Beach but definitely not our last. We loved eating our breakfast on the front porch!'
