'Hot tub was relaxing, pool was cold but felt good. Our fridge wasn’t working when first showed up so they upgraded our stay to a bigger room. Staff was very nice! Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. Elevator wasn’t working every once in awhile. The hours for everything was much appreciated. Pool and fitness room didn’t close until late. Check was at noon which helps people that stayed out late and need extra time. Overall 8.5/10 place to stay!'

'The room was huge with a great eating/ work table with office chair - full kitchen - it was all older but perfect. It may have been upgraded and they did a great job, I didn't have any problems - the bed was great and the room even had an excellent leather chair. Overall it was a great stay.'

'Rundown, dirty, with unrepaired water damage in numerous places. Several common areas were unusable due to boxes and tools all over, and the AC in the lobby and other areas was broken during 80+ degree weather. The air conditioning in the room was barely able to keep up, running noisily the entire time. Avoid this hotel at all costs.'

'The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. 'Everything was great except for the pot smoking inside. We could smell it outside our room and in the hallway. We notified the front desk and they went up to our floor. Unfortunately there was no way of knowing who was doing it.'

'Gorgeous room, however we had specifically requested the room with the kitchenette…room does not come with any plates, cutlery, cookware etc. Had to request it twice from the concierge and we had a rusty and greasy pan delivered to us from the kitchen. We didn’t end up using the kitchenette at all because we thought that was quite gross and what we were paying for the hotel it just didn’t add up.
