With four spacious bedrooms sleeping 12, an open main living area, a massive fire pit, and a private, fenced-in yard, Sunset Ridge is built for families and groups who want to slow down and take in the best of Door County - including the wildlife. Bald eagles regularly soar past the bluff, wild turkeys wander the yard, and it's not unusual to spot deer grazing at dawn or dusk.

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

Door County is full of many amazing things to see and do! We recommend that you check out Destination Door County, and the visitor's bureau online, to help map out your vacation. "Door County Vacationers" is also a great FB group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do.



Getting Around:

Home is located just south of Carlsville. Home is located off the beautiful Bayshore Drive on a bluff. This home does not have water access but is located on the bluff overlooking the water.



Sunset Ridge feels wonderfully remote and secluded, while still keeping everyday conveniences and Door County's best spots close by.



Downtown Sturgeon Bay — 13 minutes, for local restaurants and boutique shopping

Downtown Egg Harbor — 16 minutes, for more dining and shops

Bayshore Blufflands State Natural Area — 3 minutes, for hiking and nature trails

Pinney County Park & boat launch — 4 minutes, for fishing and lake access

Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
