Hello and welcome to 247 Reside! Our apartments are in a prime location in the center of Straubing. The Ludwigsplatz in the beautiful historic old town, with its numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, many shopping opportunities and the Jakobbrunnen fountain, is just a 2-minute walk away. The Gäuboden Museum is located in the immediate vicinity. The folk festival of the same name, the “Gäubodenfest”, can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot. Local public transport (city bus) and cab rank are within 5 minutes walking distance. Paid short-term parking (max. 4 hours) is available directly in front of the house. You can park free of charge in the large parking lot “Am Hagen”, which is about a 7-minute walk from the apartment. The Bavarian Forest, the largest forest landscape in Central Europe, is just a 30-minute drive away. Here you have the opportunity to get to know the oldest national park and the only primeval forest. You can also reach the historic city of Regensburg, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006, and the Stadtamhof district in around 30 minutes via the A3 highway. The fascinating three-river city of Passau is approx. 85 km away. The 74 sqm apartment offers space for 4 people. It has a large box-spring bed and a work area in the sleeping area and a sofa bed in the living area, a 50-inch SMART TV with over 270 channels in the best picture quality + free Netflix and a dining area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, microwave, cutlery, various types of glassware, crockery, spices, oil and a NESPRESSO coffee machine. A selection of coffees and teas is available free of charge. Towels, hotel bed linen, shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer are also available free of charge. A fully equipped 74 sqm apartment with 1 bedroom incl. king-size box-spring bed, sofa bed in the living/dining area, bathroom with shower, kitchen and more is at your disposal. During your stay we are at your disposal by telephone or e-mail. Before check-in, a check-in form must be completed online and a personal verification must be carried out. If this is not done or the verification is not positive, access to the apartment cannot be granted!
