Cottage is cozy and clean Yard space is great .Would have given five stars except for the fact that the listing states a hot tub/spa which does not exist on the property./and we were asked to strip linens and put them and towels in washer before leaving when we had already paid a cleaning fee? Not sure how to feel about that .Never been asked to do this at a Vrbo. Overall the stay comfortable and enjoyable .'

'We had such a wonderful first time visiting Cape May around Christmas time! Lyn and Anthony were wonderful and gracious hosts and their cottage is idyllic!! We enjoyed walks on the beach that is just steps away and stayed warm with the fire pit and hot tub in the evening. Their cottage has everything you need for your stay and downtown is just a short drive away!!'

The neighborhood is quiet. The house was super clean. Slight issue with check in that was resolved rather quickly.'

The home itself is located in a great location within walking distance to the boardwalk, the beach and many restaurants/shops. It is exactly as described and has comfortable living space and beds. 'This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner.'
