'Verry bad service , no clean rooms, employees that are not service minded and I never have seen before that the doors of the dirty rooms of other guests are stille open wide while no one is in the rooms! Only one employee in the restaurant who is working alone and also with no service minded attitude! For a 4 star hotel this is really a shame!'

'The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place'

'From the moment we arrived, we had everything we needed. We arrived early and when we rang to see if we could check in sooner they were so helpful. The Apartment was stunning and had everything we needed. Our only critism could be that the TV could be a smart TV to provide more options. And maybe 2 towels each for those of us staying for a week. 'Everything was top quality, the staff were excellent and gave an extra dimension to the unparalleled Austrian hospitality. The restaurant is top notch and should in our opinion have at least one Michelin star. The hotel is located in an oasis of green and calm, with panoramic views of the city. A few minutes walk and elevator ride takes you right into the old city center.'
