I'm glad to read here that you noticed.We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our central location and our breakfast buffet with its local produce.The 4 pillows (2 rectangles and 2 squares) are generally much appreciated by our guests for their comfort, and we have Tempur memory foam pillows available on request.As part of our ecological approach, we have banned the use of plastics and now use recyclable paper cups. As for in-room coffee, simply ask our staff for a quick refill. In our Honesty Bar, you can enjoy free coffee, tea, chocolate, still water and sparkling water microfiltered by Aquachiara. For the next time, I can only advise you to let us know your preferences so that we can offer you a room that meets your expectations.

Dear Markus,We are a small, family-run, luxury hotel in the heart of Strasbourg.I can't understand your comments here about our breakfast buffet. You stayed with us for two days and had 2 breakfasts each time, even though they were not compulsory. I would have really appreciated talking to you on the spot, as your comments do not reflect our level of service. We aim to offer a varied, high-quality buffet, highlighting specialities, products and local producers. We offer many types of bread, as well as a variety of drinks, including freshly squeezed orange juice.
