The Logis is closed for renovation works from January 2018.


The furnished apartment of 70m2 is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house near the city center of Strasbourg (3 km from the cathedral) in a quiet area without much traffic. The ground floor and the attic are occupied by the owner.

The rental can accommodate up to 4 people. (Holidays or professionals)

The apartment, rented furnished, is composed of 3 rooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190, wardrobe, chest of drawers
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 with a library,
- 1 living room with a sofa, an armchair, a 4 people table, a flat screen television, and a radio.
- 1 kitchen with balcony equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, 1 table and chairs, complete crockery and cookware.
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.

- a few steps away you can enjoy a large park with games for children, tennis court, petanque, table tennis...
- The big skating rink of Strasbourg is in 10min on foot of the hiring.

Strasbourg historic city, with its cathedral, its picturesque district of Petite France, its museums is also a privileged starting point to visit:
- Alsace and its villages
- the Massif des Vosges and its castles, including the Haut-Koenigsbourg.
- The Cité de l'Automobile in Mulhouse and its Bugatti collection.

Perfect apartment in Strassbourg

What a nice apartment: it is very large, very fully equipped (huge kitchen with large fridge, a smart TV with connections for HDMI and laptop, for example) and a nice balcony on a quiet garden. Two very large bedrooms, shutters to darken. Park in front of the door and in 10 minutes on foot in the city center. Everything was arranged very quickly and quick and adequate responses from the owner.

Highly recommend

My husband and I had a long stay at Logis Le 18 Rose, and we were really pleased with the accommodation. The apartment has a comfortable layout and was perfect for our extended stay, with plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items, and a well-equipped kitchen. It is in a nice residential area, and the neighborhood has many amenities nearby, including shops, bakeries, public transit, and a park with a workout area as well as trails for running, walking, or biking. We also really appreciated our hosts. They are very professional, courteous, and helpful. Communication was great, and we received responses very quickly when we had questions, both during the booking process as well as during our stay. We travel frequently and have stayed in numerous accommodations, and I would rate our hosts’ professionalism as among the best of the places we’ve stayed. This apartment was a great choice, and we were really happy that we were able to stay here. I highly recommend it.

I wanted to love this apartment

We booked this apartment for a very long family holiday stay of several months and I really wanted to love it, as it is such a peaceful location and the apartment is large and really well set up for guests. I am very picky about kitchens and think this is the best kitchen I have ever had in a short stay accommodation. However, the hosts made this experience less pleasant than it should have been. I noted before booking that they charge extra for things like sheets and towels and came prepared, but this should probably have been a warning about their attitude as I cannot think of any other place I have ever been to that charges for these. Our very first experience was having our autistic son told off for making noise that might disturb them downstairs, which stopped us from really feeling comfortable here. Several other minor things happened throughout our time which I wanted to forgive, but did stop us feeling truly comfortable. On our final day the hosts attempted to keep part of our bond to pay for additional cleaning related to a pre-existing condition to the house that we had been unaware of when we came in. We fought this and got our money back but it left a bad taste in our mouths that unfortunately has soured our entire experience of Strasbourg and France.

Lors de notre départ, à la remise des clés, la propriétaire nous indique que le ménage n’est pas satisfaisant : elle nous reproche la présence d’un cheveu dans le bac à douche, alors que nous avons hérité et signalé au propriétaire, dès notre arrivée, d’un siphon bouché de cheveux que nous avons dû nettoyer nous-mêmes La propriétaire nous reproche aussi des taches sur un miroir du couloir alors que celui-ci était déjà sale à notre arrivée, (pas d’état des lieux à notre arrivée). Nous estimons avoir effectué le ménage de l'appartement très correctement comme nous le faisons à chaque fois depuis des années. Hormis ce détail, appartement très agréable et bien situé.

A very spacious property with easy access to the tram line to get downtown. There’s lots of boulangeries and grocery stores nearby. We have never stayed in a place where we have had to pay extra to rent sheets and towels.

Barrio tranquilo, Jean nos explico todo el funcionamiento del apartamento, los atractivos del barrio y como llegar fácilmente al centro de la ciudad, buena zona para aparcar si vienes en coche, acogedor a 25 minutos del centro, la cocina desprendía un poco de olor a humedad y por las noches, que es cuando estábamos allí, pasabamos un poco de frio puesto que la calefacción no se podia regular. Si tienes pensado venir no te olvides sabanas y toallas si no las quieres alquilar.

logis propre conforme à la description

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour chez Patricia et Jean. C'est un quartier calme et quand même près du centre ville où nous y sommes rendus a pied. Nous voyagions à vélo et avons pu ranger ceux-ci dans le jardin. Le logis était bien propre, la cuisine fonctionnelle et la grande douche vitré bien apprécié après nos randonnées. Nous n'avons pas eu de surprises, le logis est bien décrit sur le site web.

Wir waren mit vier Personen in der schönen Wohnung von Jean Müller und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war einwandfrei und die Begrüßung herzlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und es ist alles da. Die Lage passt für eine Städtereise gut und unsere Kinder haben sich besonders über den Spielplatz direkt an der Tram gefreut. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit alllem was man braucht. Und wenn doch etwas fehlt sind die Vermieter hilfsbereit. Gute Bus und Strassenbahnverbindung zur Innenstadt. Wobei es sich lohnt Stasbourg mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Unterstellmöglichkeit vorhanden. :-)

Tutto come ci era stato descritto. Ottimo nel complesso è consigliabile .

Un buon apparramento pulito, silenzioso e ben attrezzato. Posizione comoda per i mezzi pubblici e per il parcheggio auto. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e riservato. Se dovrò ritornare a Strasburgo chiederò la disponibilità dell appartamento.

Accueil et prestations conformes à la publicité sur Abritel

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement impeccable, lumineux, très fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme et sympathique. MMme Müller sont des hôtes charmants. Le tram et les courses sont à environ 9 minutes de l'appartement. Il est aussi très facile de faire ses courses dans Strasbourg avant de rentrer à l'appartement.

Augenblicke zwischen Fluss und Fachwerk in Strassburg

Diese Wohnung ist als Basispunkt zur Entdeckung des Lebensgefühls in Strassburg besonders gut geeignet. Sie liegt etwas abseits vom Stadtzenrum, aber dennoch Nahe zur Tram/Straßenbahn und somit mit schneller Verbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Eine Info-Mappe mit allen Besonderheiten der Wohnung erleichtert den Aufenthalt. Etwas gewöhnen muss man sich allerdings an die gut zu hörenden Kirchglocken.

Appartement très sympathique

L'appartement était conforme à la description et les propriétaires arrangeants. L'emplacement est idéal, relativement proche du tram et du bus à haut niveau de service, il est aisé d'aller en centre ville. Le séjour s'est bien passé pour nous.
