'Jian at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. everyone was amazing from the house keeping staff to the breakfast staff, we were fortunate enough to go in January before the earthquakes and volcanoes. it was the best time of the year to go, there were no crowds and we were able to get around everywhere with no traffic.
