'One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Taj Exotica at The Palm was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We stayed here with our baby and everything was so comfortable, easy and family-friendly. The entire team made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. I honestly don’t want to mention just one staff member, because everyone did such an amazing job. The service, hospitality and attention to detail were truly outstanding. A beautiful hotel, a wonderful...

'een zeer goed gelegen hotel, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijke personeel. ADVIES VOOR DE HOTEL MANAGEMENT: maak een systeem mogelijk om vaste klanten te herkennen, om hun een nog betere service te geven.'

The doormen recognized us from our previous stays, which immediately made us feel welcome. It really feels like coming home every time we return. A special thank you to Zin Zin, who took our orders at the pool and remembered us from last year. Her kindness, professionalism, and excellent service made every day even more enjoyable. 'Spacious room, well cleaned. Convenient location. Room soundproof'

For example, simple requests that were made in a timely manner, both by telephone and via chat and WhatsApp, were not carried out. An example of this is the arrangement of the beds and the request to place a prayer rug in the room. As far as we are concerned, the service at valet parking could be much better. Such as offering help with carrying the bags. Regarding cleaning the rooms,...

'schitterend verblijf aan de lagune. zeer rustgevend en toppersoneel. Ook de mainpool is leuk met bubbelbadfuncties. Je zit meteen ook op het prachtige strand met prachtig uitzicht.'

'We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a huge variety of food, so there is something for everyone. It was a great way to start each day. A special thank you to Michael, who went above and beyond to help us get connecting rooms so we could stay close to our children. We truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. He made a real difference to our stay. The only area that could use some...
