Food was excellent and staff were so cordial it beat all of my expectations. Watched them do a clean of an adjacent room in a few minutes, they need to actually clean the rooms properly and do some maintenance as the appearance shows many marks, stains on walls and areas they just don’t bother to clean.'

'This hotel wants to be a luxury property but it is not. The main problem is the noise. The windows of the room can open and the mechanisms to keep them close don't do a great job, so you hear ALL the noise coming from the street: every motorcycle going by, every honking car, dogs barking, all of it! 'The resort is a perfect getaway for city dwellers. The resort nestles amidst the majestic middle Himalayas in the village of Saboo. The location is about 10km (15 minutes drive on a normal day) from the Kushok Bakula Rinpoche airport The cottages are well appointed, with lovely views from the verandah.
