'I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights housekeeping did not check my room once I never got new towels trash was never collected even when there was 2 adults and 3 kids in one room. Also The water pressure was not the best'

'Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. 'Washer and dryer was not working at the time I was there, there was a piece of tape holding up the a.c unit filter, the door did not close completely but the door would lock, the room was clean, other hotel guests were loud(fighting)'

'Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !'

'The staff was great. Specifically, the front desk staff. However, the furniture in the living room/sitting area was filthy. The ottoman, sofa & chair appeared to be taken from the local trash or dump site. We refuse to sit on it. And the toilet barely flushed. I have photos if needed. I regret sending such a negative review but I felt it was imperative to do so.'

'The staff canceled original reservations and rebook with a different rate and try to overcharged. The staff was very rude when asked to speak to a supervisor. Called the police. Unacceptable behavior from the staff and then still try to charge my credit card after the reservation was canceled.'
