Blokhutten in Stevenson

'We will not be returning or recommending this stay. Firstly, when there is a fire ban, sitting outside in the cold is not that practical. Then you realize how tiny the cabin is and not really comfortable to hang out in for a few hours. The view is nothing special. On three sides you have views of neighboring cabins. The back was just a bunch of pine trees. Our backyard has better views. We didn't get any sleep as the pillows offered no support. Top it off with terrible coffee and it killed the...

'My wife and I stayed here on my 42nd birthday, it was so cozy, sitting in the rocking chairs in front of the wood stove was so relaxing and satisfying, we also downloaded music and some creepy pasta stories to our phones and used the Bluetooth on the record player. At the actual cabin the cell service switch’s from 1 bar to SOS, but if you absolutely need to do something cell phone related then you can get service about 4 minutes down the road in the Thriftway parking lot. (We have 3 kids...

'The cabins are located in a great area in Mosier. They are beautiful, clean and well appointed. The bed is comfortable. Sitting on the deck was, perhaps, the best part. Everything was impeccable. I'll definitely be back'

'A serene woodland setting for a lovely little cabin with everything one could need. Clear communication and myriad thoughftful details from lamps with variable light settings, an actual freezer with the refrigerator, extra bedding, a variety of tasty snacks set out, etc., elevated the coziness factor of the entire experience. We also appreciated the especially attractive grounds and deep nighttime quiet for a truly relaxing stay. Artie & Radwyn provided a wonderful retreat for us during a busy...

'We had a fantastic stay and will totally come back! I don’t know how often the host comes to these properties for upkeep. I would want someone to mention these to me if I was the owner. A few things I wanted to mention are minimal but could be important imo to keep the appearance and general upkeep. There were lots of spiders at the front door and the white posts out front look like they could use a good pressure wash. The rubber around the outside shower needs cleaning and the bedding...

'Nice property, cozy and plenty of room for a family of four'

'This place was a great option to have that was close to Hood River without it being in town. We had what we needed for our one night stay. It was well designed and very clean. I love the balcony and fire place. You can even see the river and have a great view of the hills across the gorge.'
