Spanning over 3,800 square feet across multiple levels, the home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa and 2 sets of bunk beds tucked in the corner in the lower level living space. We can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests using the additional sleeping areas. The thoughtful layout gives everyone room to spread out, while the upscale finishes and fresh new-build feel create an inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

Walk in the front door and you are greeted with a bright, airy entryway. The staircase hides an ample mud room with locker storage, a boot warmer, and ski/snowboard storage. A bench and small sink in this area are some of the added, thoughtful details from the longtime, Steamboat Springs second homeowner. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor level. Both the king bedroom and the queen bedroom include a TV, mini-split AC, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom. Guests will also find the entrance to the large 2 car garage and a laundry room on the ground floor level.

Head up the stairs to the main level living where you will gather, relax and make the most of your stay. The home was created to take advantage of the views of the South Yampa Valley and Emerald Mountain from each room. The kitchen and living space blend seamlessly in decor and functionality and open up to the standout feature of the home, the expansive covered deck. Designed for gathering in every season, this outdoor space invites your group to unwind around the fire pit on crisp mountain evenings, share a meal at the table, or fire up the grill—all surrounded by Steamboat's peaceful mountain scenery. French Point Ridge is an ideal spot for everything from morning coffee to après-ski relaxation with its outdoor seating and generous spaces. The built-in grill and outdoor counter extend your meal prep space beyond the kitchen, where premium Thermador appliances include an induction cooktop and a custom-paneled refrigerator that blends seamlessly with the cabinetry. Two sets of custom built-in bunk beds occupy one corner, with individual lights, shelves, and outlets giving each guest a comfortable spot of their own. Storage across from the bunks makes it easy to keep belongings organized. A separate king bedroom with a ceiling fan and TV makes this level a convenient setup for families. The shared full bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and living area, with extra counter space for guests' essentials. Please note that this level does not have air conditioning; its below-grade location keeps it naturally cool throughout the summer.

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
