'Valentino’s is an absolute gem! Fabulous staff who were friendly and super courteous. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished, very clean and with quality toiletries. We ate here too, it was no problem to set up a table outside for us, the food was fantastic! Breakfast too did not disappoint with amazing polite service and Italian food to die for! Will definitely find an excuse to go back to Ripon so that I can stay here again!! '

The room and bathroom were small but perfect for my needs. Immaculately clean, very quiet, with everything I needed. And the bed was blissfully comfortable! Friendly greeting by staff on arrival too. 'We booked this hotel last minute as a stop off on the way home on a Sunday as love Harrogate. We arrive and parked at the car park around the back without a problem, went to the reception at the bar and checked in quickly staff were polite and gave us the information we needed. They also have an automated checkin and checkout system. We had a cozy room which was perfect for the one night, bed was comfortable and room was nicely decorated, you also have a kettle, hairdryer iron and ironing board....
