« While the property is lovely and the stay has been nice, I will say that the information provided before finalizing the booking was missing pertinent information. There was no mention of the two sets of stairs at the front entrance. There was no mention of receiving a code for entry to property until after I booked a non-refundable booking. I had sent a query to the property but did not receive an answer before booking later the same day (the day of arrival). I did book through a third...

« Beautiful property and views. Stayed overnight with my Shepherd as we traveled back home on a long trip. Great open property to walk with my dog. Large basement rental with large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Plenty of TVs too! Being a basement rental, I could hear the family walking around upstairs so keep that in mind if it bothers you. Private gated entrance, nice patio, and private entrance to basement. Was able to see an amazing sunset over the valley and nearby mountains and then...

« We visited to check out wineries in the area. Check in was easy, the directions sent were easy to navigate. Steve the host and his dog Casey greeted us and Steve was very helpful with information about the area. We enjoyed our stay at the property. »

« This property is truly amazing! The owners were so accommodating and very detailed with instructions on checking in. The cabin is FULLY stocked with EVERYTHING! There’s a large charcoal grill and all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly need. The A/C is ice cold and the rooms are large and roomy. Okay, the star of the show is the outdoor scene at this cabin. The lake, the deck, the rocking chairs, looking out onto all of the green acreage that this property sits on- it is utterly breathtaking....

« This sweet tiny home allowed us to attend a college reunion and explore Charlottesville and surroundings areas. Owners were very communicative and gracious. Home was nicely decorated and appointed well, our only complaints being that quite a few bugs got into the home, entry carpet wasn’t the cleanest, interior space was tighter than expected and parking space being away from the home made unloading and loading a bit of a deal. Aside from these issues, we really enjoyed our stay. »

« Our family enjoyed the stay at this beautiful mountain property! Loved taking walks around the yard and using the campfire/bathtub areas.Would pick the larger house instead of the Guest house next time for upgraded amenities. Our kids were a bit young for the bed arrangements. We also enjoy cooking, which was a bit difficult here. This is a personal choice and why we would pick the house with more amenities next time. The outdoor grill has seen better days. We would definitely come back! »
