'the appartment is charmant and comfortable. We enjoyed the terracy. Nice to find there coffee , tee, sugar and the ingredients to make salad. The location is perfect, near to the sea and around nice ancient wonderful buildings. we enjoyed our stay there. clean the floor of the terracy and wash the floor of the appartment because of dust. Change the sofa and add espresso cups, (to drink delicious espresso in a mug is terrible!). Light to read on the sofa would be perfect.'

'Vi var tre venner på tur i Palma og delte denne leiligheten – den passet oss perfekt.Kjøkkenet er praktisk og godt utstyrt med alt man trenger for å lage både frokost og middag hvis man ønsker en kveld hjemme. Stue og kjøkken i ett gir en åpen og hyggelig romfølelse.Høydepunktet var den fantastiske takterrassen.Å starte dagen med frokost ute, med utsikt mot katedralen og byens taklandskap, var virkelig en opplevelse som satte stemningen for hele dagen.Om vi skal pirke, så var det litt lukt på...

'Buena ubicación, facilidades para la entrada antes de la hora,Cosas negativas la cocina tenía mal olor a desagüe todo el día, menaje escaso y en mal estado, balletas sucias, frigorífico antiguo, en general lo que peor estaba la cocina.Dormitorios muy pequeños, en las fotos no se aprecia el tamaño real. Salón buen tamaño pero sofá incómodo.Resumiendo precio elevado para el estado del apartamento.'

'Perfect location in central Palma. The apartment was modern, well- presented and clean. It was great having a lift to the third floor, especially for our luggage. Air- conditioning was very welcome, even in September. The downside was the noise, being in the centre of a city and the lack of any English tv. Communication with the hosts was great….Noemi facilitated an early check-in as we arrived in the morning and was there to welcome us and explain the apartment. We would definitely recommend.'

'Stayed here with my 2 daughters for 3 nights. Apartment was perfect, located in beautiful street and walking distance from old town. Close to shops, restaurants and busses. Kitchen well equipped also a dining table and additional small table at window for coffee or breakfast. The Mercadona supermarket above the del Olivar market is brilliant for everything you might need. Already planning our next stay.'

'Apartment is clean and well equipped for everything you need for a relaxing stay in Palma. Ice cold drinking water and cava in the fridge were nice touch. Host team were excellent when our plans for check in changed at last minute. Also very responsive in dealing with a minor issue. Would definitely return. In great location in old town but still quiet enough to sleep and amazing views from roof terrace!'
