'After our arrival we chose to go stay elsewhere. The place was filthy, graffiti on the outside of the front door. Upon entry to the lobby it was dark, dirty and stinky trash cans inside. There wasn’t any staff. The location would have been great if we felt comfortable but we didnt so we left and stayed at the hard rock hotel in Madrid. We feel like the place was advertised as something more than it was. Unfortunately I was charged 350 $ for my full stay of 2 nights by Expedia but didn’t spend 10...

'Location is just perfect! It’s at the middle of the center. Easy by walk go to almost every sightseeing locations. The staff is very friendly and helpful, although they don’t speak any word of English. The room is fine with a seperate livingroom. The only thing for improvement are the shower and the lock of the door of the floor. The shower cabin is a bit old and leaks water, causing the bathroom floor to quickly become wet. The lock on the door of the floor sometimes does not work properly, so...
