'We were tourists in Madrid, and this place was perfect for us. It's an apartment with full kitchen access, and our room had a private bath (not all rooms do). Beautiful setting, quiet, great wi-fi (better than in 4 and 5-star hotels we stayed in on our tour) and excellent TV service. There's a grocery store about 4 blocks away. There is no office, so when you arrive, you have to call the manager and tell him you're there. He came in about 10 minutes, and we never saw him again, although I'm sure...
