'Close to the northen beaches, far from noisy central Valencia in Cabanyal area where you see vintage house and many old decrepit places to be built up again.It is definitively not a fashionable area but has his uniqueness.The apartment has basic furnitures and you cannot expect too many extras in the kitchenTop value is the terrace that would be worth alone the stayYou will never see anyone of the property but everything will be managed online '

'Pilar was very friendly and very helpful. The location is easy to get to from the airport. Just take Metro 3 of 5 to Xativa, and you are at the front door. The appartement is equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. We had our breakfast on the nice terrace enyoing the view. Rented bikes for 2 days and it was possible to store them inside in a separate room on the groundfloor. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come again.'

'We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

'Perfect location, mins walk to Malva-Rosa beach and nearby surrounding eateries, convenience shops,& services. The property is a good size, open plan living area and kitchen. Fits two comfortably. Very good a/c!We found the surrounding area quiet, so being on ground floor road was not an issue. Enjoyed our short stay ( 3 nights).'

"Wij verbleven met ons gezin (kind 9 jaar en een baby van 10 maanden) in hotel Beleret. De kamers waren abnormaal groot en het hotel werd dagelijks schoongemaakt! De ligging van het hotel is iets afgelegen, maar met de metro (5 min lopen) ben je in het centrum of vliegveld. Daarnaast is heb je op een paar meter afstand een aantal winkels waaronder de supermarkt. De bus kan je ook nemen die stopt letterlijk voor het hotel, maar dan ben je iets langer onderweg als je bijvoorbeeld naar het centrum wilt! "
