Location de vacances de particulier à Station de métro Intermodal-Plaza de España

« Nous avons séjournées 3 nuits. La maison est sympathique, la cour encore plus mais il y a certaines modifications à faire dans l'annonce : - PAS DE PARKING il faut se garer dans la rue et cela peut être très longtemps.. (45 min) - 1 salle de bain et 2 WC (Pas de 2 salle de bains) De plus la salle de bain à besoin d'être bien mieu nettoyer... En particulier la baignoire et le tapis de douche. Pas d'eau chaude depuis Samedi malgré le nécessaire de Sebastian. À revoir mais dans l'ensemble...

« The apartment was in a great location and had all the amenities you could wish for just a little note that there was a lot of steps up to the apartment and the bedrooms were on 3 floors which meant there was a lot of steps up to the top bedroom which gave us a bit of a task trying to get heavy cases up the stairs other than that it was a really good trip. »

« Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser geräumigen Wohnung. Der Innenhof ist ebenfalls recht groß mit Liegen, großem Sonnenschirm und gemütlichem Platz zum Frühstücken oder den Abend nett ausklingen zu lassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum kleinen Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die Strandpromenade läd ein zum Spaziergang, in Palma (Kathedrale) waren wir in 40 min. zu Fuß. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, großer Dank an Matias, der uns gute Tipps gab und sehr freundlich ein- bzw. ausgecheckt...

« This place was very well maintained and very clean. The place has been renovated with a designer taste and minimalistic, nordic style. Very beautiful and confortable. Situated in the heart of Palma de Mallorca with access to best restaurant and night life. Also easy access to the shore and pier for a wonderful walk by the water and the marina. We had a good time during our stay and we absolutely recommend it. »
