'Netjes ingericht en genoeg voorzieningen. Zeer ruim en mooie slaapkamers met fijne bedden. (wij waren met 6 volwassenen) 2 badkamers, al is de 2e wel een beetje behelpen. Héél fijn is het terras aan de achterkant. ipv de normaal kleine balkonnetjes. Het appartement ligt midden in de gezelligheid: bars en restaurantjes I en er is een grote supermarkt direct onder het appartement! Naar het oude centrum is het ong. 15 minuten lopen maar in de wijk Ruzafa is ook genoeg te zien en beleven. Je zit...

'Pilar was very friendly and very helpful. The location is easy to get to from the airport. Just take Metro 3 of 5 to Xativa, and you are at the front door. The appartement is equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. We had our breakfast on the nice terrace enyoing the view. Rented bikes for 2 days and it was possible to store them inside in a separate room on the groundfloor. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come again.'

'We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

'This place had everything we needed for a fun beach getaway while staying in Madrid most of the week. A short walk to the beach, clean, cool and comfortable! The host was a dream, super responsive and helped us anytime we reached out! If we ever go to Spain again we will stay here for sure! '

'Easy access to the property on the ground floor and a short walk from a tram stop. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around...
