« Nice location »

« Clean and nicely decorated. Natural light without being inundated by direct light. Kitchen was well equipped except for a bottle opener (I left one) and my only other kitchen comment was that the knives were not sharp. Sunday morning there is singing in the church which was a very pleasant to wake to. Note that host was not responsive to VRBO messages, bit they do tell you to use email or phone instead. »

« Clear instructions to come in and get the key. Very clean and spacious appartement. Everything you need for your stay is inside. And the appartement is so close from everything. »

« Bien »

« The place was in mint condition with all necessary amenities provided. It was good enough to host family of 4. For a short staying, it's one of the best places you can find. Location is another great factor. »

« Très bon emplacement. Très MAUVAIS rapport qualité/prix. (Équipements bas de gamme, aucune insonorisation, traces noires d’humidité dans la douche, beaucoup d’immeubles condamnés dans le quartier, poubelles sous le balcon de la cuisine,…) »

« This property is well decorated, very cute, and spacious. There are balconies off of the living room area and lots of light. The air-conditioning works well. It is very close to a supermarket and easy to get taxis anywhere. The neighborhood is safe. We very much enjoyed our stay here. »

« Nous sommes venus passer un week-end avec mon compagnon. Ana est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous a donné plein de conseils et de bonnes adresses. Le studio est très bien équipé et la situation géographique idéale pour explorer la ville. »

« Most of the apartment was great, BUT there was a horrible odor that came from the main bathroom mostly from the shower drain. It smelled like dead bodies and rotting diarrhea. We had to keep the bathroom door closed the entire time we were there. I would never rent this apartment again. The management company told us there was nothing they could do about the odor.On top of that there was no hot water when we arrived at the apartment because the hot water heater was turned off and we had to...

« This is a lovely flat, well-equipped and comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. It’s very close to Valencia Nord railway station in an area with lots of East Asian restaurants and takeaways - we ate a different cuisine every night. It’s close to metro stations and a good base for exploring the city. The hosts let us have access to the flat before the usual 4pm start which was very much appreciated, The only small niggle was that we let them know our exact arrival time but still had to wait...

« The communication leading up to the stay had slow response times. The communication became more responsive when our visit got close. There was a very good video for finding the lock box. Initial impression specifically of the entrance, sketchy, in time its very rustic nature became more appealing and quaint. I advise arriving during daylight hours. The apartment was attractive with great lighting, clean and as it appeared on line. The bedrooms had black out shades! Good kitchen. Great...

« We expected to have an air conditioned apartment with elevator. We had one small air conditioner in the bed bedroom upstairs and a fan on the first floor. We were first told the elevator was only for luggage. When we arrived the elevator was not working and we had to walk 66 stairs with our luggage to check in. We survived one night and had to move to a hotel. We reached out to the host for a refund as well as the VRBO team. It has been six days without a resolution. »

« We had a pleasant stay here »

« Easy to access buses to city center from the apartment. The place was nice and had adequate space. If you’re a light sleeper, just be aware that the noise level throughout the building is loud and there is minimal sound proofing in the apartment. »
