« The Staff and Hotel were the absolute best.

« The hotel overall was decent but some areas were in need of repair. The elevator was not operational and I was assigned a second floor room which was difficult as I was traveling with my adult disabled child whose mobility is diminished. When asked if a ground room floor was available, I was told the same type of room (king) wasnât available. I said any room would do but was told that it couldnât be changed.
