'We stayed at the Villa Mirta for 10 days and they were all perfect. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the castle of Novigrad. Outside there are plenty of terraces, a lovely swimming pool and a large BBQ. The house itself is modern and tastefully decorated. It's almost too beautifull to use as a rental home. Absolutely everything you could possibily need is present : plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, hairdryers, .... Lucija and her mother are alsof the perfect hosts : not...

'Wir hatten entspannte 14 Tage. Durch die Häuser und die schöne Steinmauer von der Außenwelt abgeschottet, konnten wir den Pool ganz für uns genießen. In dem schönen Freisitz haben wir gefrühstückt, Kaffee getrunken und Abend gegessen und saßen bis spät in die Nacht. Die Poolbeleuchtung tat Ihr übriges zu einem tollen Flair. Es war super!'

'Unsere Urlaubswoche war einfach Traumhaft. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts :) Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Vor allem die Kinder haben sich über das SUP-Board gefreut. Wir konnten sogar an einem Tag 2 Delfine vor der Bucht bewundern <3 Minikleine Anmerkung hätte ich noch - ich hätte gerne noch im Schlafzimmer einen Spiegel gehabt bzw. in beiden Schlafzimmern. 'Loved the property and location. It is a bit of a drive from split airport 1hr 15mins but no real issue. Fantastic location to visit split, trogir, krka national park and sibinek. Best features were the pool and the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Also the abundance of figs that we were more than happy to eat. The property was impeccable and Angela was always on hand to provide local information and happy to accommodate any request, even ensure that we were happy with the pool temp. We would...

'Lovely location in the countryside but 30min from Zadar. Nice walks nearby. Tiny shop you can walk to for essentials. Supermarket nearby too. Wonderful pizza from a small local Bar. Great pool. Host extremely helpful. No shutters on this property so if light wakes you up bring a mask. '

'Wir (Jugendhilfegruppe 13 Personen) sind am 27.07.2024 angereist und haben 10 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Übergabe des Objekts verlief sehr schnell, aber vielleicht hatte Tihomir es eilig. Wir haben uns zurecht gefunden. Ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten hatte kein Fenster und keine Klimaanlage, ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Der Pool ist toll, er wurde fast täglich gereinigt. 'Wir verbrachten einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub inmitten der Natur und mit grandioser Aussicht auf das Meer und viele Inseln. Wer Ruhe und eine erholsame Zeit sucht und nicht touristische Action, ist da richtig. Das Haus selbst ist klein, aber mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet und man kann sich sehr gut auf den beiden großen Terrassen aufhalten, wo man sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten findet und immer den genialen Blick in die Ferne genießen kann. 'We spent a week in the villa for our family holiday, two families with an age range of 18 upwards. Everyone has a fantastic time, the villa was perfect. We hired a boat for the week so needed a villa close to the sea, we couldn't ask for one any closer than this villa. The villa is perfect for large groups of people as there are areas if you want some quiet time but also areas to have lots of fun as a group. The villa is a must but you will need either a car or a board due to it's location.'

'Wir waren 10 Tage Ende Juni hier. Sehr schönes, neues und modernes Haus mit einem schönen Pool und Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt. Pool hat ca die Maße 7x7 m und 1,5 tief. Hundefreundlich. Wir haben für den Pool eine Hunde Nottreppe mit, falls er beim Spielen mal reinfällt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet sofort auf Fragen. Haus ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Deutsches Satelliten TV. Wir hatten das Sofa mit wasserfesten Decken abgedeckt. Im Garten ist eine Aussendusche, 4 Liegen, genug...

"Het enige nadeel is dat je geen balkon hebt en dat er dag gasten bij het zwembad en strand zitten waardoor er geen lig plekken zijn voor hotel gasten. Daar moeten ze wat aan doen."

"Skradin is a nice location close to the water with a small beach. However the Hotel is far from what I read in the reviews. Basics in a hotel like hygiene and kindness is easy. When looking at our room (nr 102) a socket was hanging out of the wall, plaster coming from the ceiling but worst of all there was serious mold in the shower, the cup in the bathroom was dirty inside and they didn’t clean behind the sink for a long time. So, Skradinski buk can improve very easily (hygiene and cleanliness) which can make it a nice option to stay when visiting Krka NP for example."
