Restored centuries-old stone, hundred-year-old traditional Dalmatian kostelja tree, common Mediterranean plants and pink bougainvillea make this villa one of the most charming in this area. The villa is located in a small, quiet hamlet of Stankovci, where your family can completely relax. The old stone house of our grandfathers has been transformed into a peaceful oasis fully equipped for your stay. The villa is far from the road, your first neighbors are the birds from our olive grove and orchard, where you can enjoy long walks with your pets. The two-story house has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a toilet and 1 separate toilet. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, with direct access to the sun deck, swimming pool, barbecue, and outdoor covered dining area. The entire villa is surrounded by walls like a hacienda, so you can be carefree while your children and pets play. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and shutters and insect nets are installed throughout the building. The pool is heated, so the house is ideal for a stay in spring or autumn. Your youngest have a playground and children's games at their disposal, while the slightly older ones have basketball and badminton. If you want to swim in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, drive to the beach in about 10 minutes. The nearest beach is in Pirovac (12 km), and nearby are the famous tourist towns of Vodice (22 km) and Biograd (30 km). If you want to make a day trip, visit the beautiful cities of Šibenik (25 km) and Zadar (50 km), which will delight you with their historical and cultural sights. Experience unique flora and fauna in Krka National Park, Kornati National Park and Vrana Lake Nature Park. We also recommend visiting the beautiful islands of the Šibenik and Zadar archipelagos.
