« This is a great property in a very convenient part of town for me. As a single traveler, I was a little concerned about parking and walking to the front door of the hotel alone at night, but I made it. It’s extremely clean. Very nice rooms nice bedding very quiet. Be aware that there is no elevator. And I did not write it high on a amenities because there are not many amenities. Nice bathroom, toiletries, coffee service in the hall that’s about it. « Very clean room. Was not expecting a restaurant in the hotel. Although I didn't eat there, the aroma from the kitchen smelled wonderful and there were quite a few diners »

« Nice hotel overall. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room. Breakfast had several options available. Parking is an additional daily charge in a parking garage next to the hotel. My only complaint was the elevator issues. Only one was working and the hotel was full so this made getting up to our rooms difficult (we were on the 6th -top floor). We heard from staff the elevator issue had been an ongoing problem for several months and at times both elevators were down. Glad that was not the case...

« The hot breakfast was good. The second morning we were there, breakfast was not served and a we were given a paper bag with a banana, bagel and bottled water. You are almost forced to use the valet service for your care. The hotel is going through a major renovation and I'm sure it will be better when it is completed. « This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the...

« Elevators were down, room was absolutely disgusting, roof top bar had to close early, got moved to another room and it was just as filthy! Not the way we wanted to spend our 1 year anniversary night!!!!!!!! Blood and pubic hair all in our shower! Carpet had not been vacuumed! »
